Ms. Rife was a member of the United States Navy, serving in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps, from 1975 to 1991. Upon the completion of her U.S. Navy service, Ms. Rife remained in Washington State, where she began her private practice legal career.
Ms. Rife has over 25 years of experience in family law. She focused her practice on representing clients who were involved in high-value divorces, where she used her skills to create property settlement agreements that best reflected the wishes and needs of her clients.
Ms. Rife retired from the full-time practice of law December 31, 2017, but remains Of Counsel to the law firm and a mentor to the new attorneys. She also is a pro tem judge in Kitsap County Superior Court conducting settlement conferences in family law matters.
Ms. Rife is a lifelong equestrian and competes with her two horses in dressage and working equitation.
